“PLH INVEST” Ltd. is an investment company of the PLANEX HOLDING group.
It is specialized in construction and management of living and vacation estates along the
Bulgarian Black sea coast and in the towns of Sofia and Varna.
“PLH INVEST” Ltd. was founded in 2004 with an object of business, as follows:
design and construction of living, industrial and communal buildings and facilities,
implementation of investment projects in the field of building and real estates and saleof real estates.
“PLH INVEST” Ltd. offers various services to its clients: starting from complete management
of projects, control over the entire process of designing and building to the sale of real estates,
maintenance of the buildings, protection and control over the access to the estates,
management of the properties, etc.

The company has its offices in the towns of Varna, Sofia and Bourgas.
