Do the buildings have a Technical Passport?

In accordance with Regulation 5 On The Technical Passports Of Construction Projects, all new buildings that are commissioned after January 27, 2007, have a Technical Passport. This document is prepared by the construction firm. As for the buildings that were commissioned prior to this date, the owners ought to get technical passports after examining the building.
