Do the buildings have a Passport for Energy Efficiency?
The Passport for Energy Efficiency is part of the Technical Passport and is a requirement to commission the buildings. A Certificate for Energy Efficiency, which differs from the Passport, is issued between the third and sixth year after commissioning, based on a completed examination of the building’s energy efficiency.
