- Everyday cleaning of the common areas, underground car parking areas and yard lanes;
- Maintenance and cares for the areas of landscape gardening of the estates;
- Arrangement of the current and planned repairs;
- Maintenance of Water Supply and Sewage installations, lift equipment;
- Cleaning and maintenance of water areas;
- Collection and payment of bills.
