Project Management
Organization, administrative support and control over the entire process of designing,
building and putting in operation of the building.

Assignment, control and acceptance of investment projects:
- Design terms of reference preparation;
- Consulting the Assignor as regards the Design Contract;
- Control of the designing process;
- Preparing the preliminary budget of the building;
- Selecting the Consultant to prepare the evaluation report for the conformity of the project;
- Preparation of the full set of documents for building permits issuance.

Negotiating the building and implementation control:
- Preparing the tender documents for choosing the builder;
- Defining the completion stage and category of the snagging works materials;
- Conducting a contest for choosing the contractor for the implementation of
building and installation works. Participation in the negotiation of the building;
- Inspection and approval of the building schedule;
- Constant investor control in the course of building;
- Assessment, approval and representing samples, materials and equipment to the Assignor.
Control of the quality of the materials put in the building;
- Control and preparing the whole set of documents for the acceptance of the building;
- Control upon the remedy of defects with the guarantee period.
